Description:
Basic things you need for Sessional Clearance includes: -
1. You will need your Existing Username and Password which you Created and Used Last year,
2. You will also need your award number (This is on your Scholarship Award Letter where applicable)
The procedure for Sessional Clearance is outlined below
1. Purchase a Scratch Card from designated Bank (Zenith Bank Unguwa Uku, and any branch of Fidelity Bank in Kano)
2. Scratch the card gently to reveal the PIN number
3. On out Homepage Clock on Student Login button
4. The System will log you to your DashBoard;
5. In your DashBoard, Click on Sessional Clearance button
6. Enter the SN, PIN
7. Click on Submit button
8. New Sessional Clearance form will Open;
9. Fill in your End of Last Session Results
10. Print the Sessional Clearance with your information
11. Take the print out to your HOD or Level Coordinator for Approval
12. Bring Approved copy to the Scholarships Board for further action
